I love nothing more than to breathe life into incredible ideas and businesses so that they soar throughout the realm of the ‘folks in the know’ and outward to all of the ‘folks that oughtta know’.
How?
By creating authentic and interesting communications and PR; spunky marketing campaigns; and authentic connections between people. I do this as a freelancer and on bigger jobs as a member of the Republic of Everyone where we are expert in using the ‘dark arts’ of advertising, PR, social media and marketing for good.
What I’ve been up to…
I collected many of my tools working in corporations, small-medium businesses and Not For Profit organizations and with publishers as a communicator, researcher and marketer.
I’m a core member of Friends of the Earth Sydney, where I’m the Permablitz Convenor and Communications Strategist for Climate Camp 09 – an excellent education in getting big results on little [no] budget
What I’m plotting
Well the best secrets are well kept! But I can tell you that I’m dead-set on getting the best out of progressive, sustainable and ethical businesses so that the ‘best way’ of doing things is redefined not as the cheapest, but that which does the least harm to people, animals and the earth.
Hanging out
I’m a Founding Committee member of GreenUps, Sydney’s Green Drinks that happens on the first Tuesday of each month. Apart from being a whole lotta fun, GreenUps is an excellent way to meet like-minded people. I would love to introduce you to some of my friends.
The hook-up.
I would like to hear from well…everyone! But especially people who are after some special public relations, marketing, communications or event help. I also offer a ‘go-to girl service’ where you bring me a problem, and I solve it – simple as that. I can do this as a freelancer or bring in the powers of the Republic of Everyone on bigger jobs.

Read your intro above and had a look at the Republic of Everyone site and liked what I saw.
I run a small product design consultancy based in Byron Bay and am considering ways to improve my eco-design credentials.
I have a long standing interest in all things “green” and have often struggled with the contradictions of being a product designer and trying to do the right thing by the environment. I think the time is now here where those 2 goals can head in the same direction.
Anyway, not sure if I’m after anything specific at this point, but thought it might be worth saying g’day to find out a bit more about what you do and how you might be able to assist my little business.
